Through this service, you can request “To Whom it May Concern letter” of a social care facility license or a social care facility branch or their employees of their beneficiaries in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

  • Service terms and conditions: Any social care facility or branch licensed in Abu Dhabi can apply for this service.
  • Required Documents:

If the request to issue whom it may concern certificate - employees “experience:

  1. Copy of the Ministry of Community Development’s approval to appoint the employee
  2. Applicant valid Copy of the Emirates ID front and back 
  3. Applicant valid copy of the main page of passport
  4. Copy of the academic qualification (equivalent, if any)
  5. Copy of the cancellation of the appointment from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization “if the employee is not currently working

 

If the request to issue certificate to whom it may concern – beneficiaries:

  1. Copy of the facility’s statements, including the name of the beneficiary 
  2. Beneficiary valid copy of the Emirates ID front and back
  3. Beneficiary’s parent copy of the Emirates ID front and back 

 

  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
  2. Receive DCD update to submit additional information or supported document if needed
  3. Receive final decision on request to Issue “To Whom It May Concern” letter for a social care facility/facility branch through the available channel

 

  • Beneficiaries: UAE Nationals and Non-Government Entities
  • Service Channel: By sending email to: (info.scq@addcd.gov.ae)
  • Service Fees for Department of Community Development: No Fees
  • Service Fees for Ministry of Community Development: 100 AED only for facility employee
  • Timeframe to receive the service: 30 working days (from the date of application submission with all the required documents)
