What is the Qudwati Program?

It is a community program launched by the Department of Community Development – Abu Dhabi that connects youth with experienced individuals to transfer knowledge and practical experiences, contributing to preparing a generation that is more ready for the future.

Who can register for the program?

Registration is open to youth who meet the participation requirements.

Yes, participation in the program is completely free.

The current phase targets youth aged 18 to 24.

Who are the experienced individuals participating in the program?

They are professionals and retirees with rich practical experience who contribute to guiding youth through interactive dialogue sessions.

All registration applications will be reviewed according to the program’s criteria, and accepted participants will be contacted after the registration period ends.

Does registration guarantee acceptance into the program?

No. Registration is considered an application to join the program and is subject to a review and selection process based on capacity and participation criteria.

How long is the program?

The pilot phase of the Program includes three interactive sessions, held once every two weeks, from September to October 2026.

What topics does the program cover?

The program focuses on topics that strengthen youth readiness, such as character building, life skills, decision-making, financial literacy, and preparation for family life.

Where will the sessions take place?

Participants will be provided with the location and attendance details after their acceptance into the program is confirmed.

Is attendance at all sessions required?

Yes, participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the program.

Will participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who meet the program requirements will receive a certificate of participation upon completing the program.
