Through this service, you can request to issue a No-Objection Certificate to Stop the Services Provided by the Facility for the Social Care Facility or a social care facility branch in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

  • Service terms and conditions: Any social care facility or branch licensed in Abu Dhabi can apply for this service.
  • Required Documents:
  1. Curriculum plan or treatment plan (as the case may be)
  2. Proof of fee's refund to the beneficiaries or their guardians (depending on the circumstances)

 

  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
  2. Receive DCD update to submit additional information or supported document if needed
  3. Receive final decision on request to issue a No-Objection Certificate to Stop the Services Provided by the Facility for the Social Care Facility or a social care facility branch through the available channel
