Through this service, you can request the cancellation of a social care facility license or a social care facility branch in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

  • Service terms and conditions: Any social care facility or branch licensed in Abu Dhabi can apply for this service.
  • Required Documents:
  1. Applicant staff list
  2. Applicant beneficiary list
  3. Clearance certificate issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation
  4. Document showing the absence of any financial obligations towards the beneficiaries signed by the legal guardian of the beneficiary
  5. Document proving the beneficiaries’ announcement that the service or license will not be completed no less than three months before the end of the academic year in which the institution closes or three months before the end of the work, service or license

 

  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
  2. Receive DCD update to submit additional information or supported document if needed
  3. Receive final decision on request to Cancel social care facility/facility branch license through the available channel

  • Service Fees for Ministry of Community Development: AED 1,000
