Through this service, you can request to issue Approval for Social Care Facility Event/Internal and External Activity for the Social Care Facility or a social care facility branch in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

  • Service terms and conditions: Any social care facility or branch licensed in Abu Dhabi can apply for this service.
  • Required Documents:
  1. Copy of the event’s agenda indicating the fees for activities and events
  2. Copy of the approval of the parties participating and supporting the event
  3. List of the details of the participants and speakers in the event
  4. List of participating beneficiaries “if the applicant is a rehabilitation facility for people of determination”
  5. Approval of the parents of the participating beneficiaries “if the applicant is a rehabilitation facility for people of determination.”

 

  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
  2. Receive DCD update to submit additional information or supported document if needed
  3. Receive final decision on request to issue Approval for Social Care Facility Event/Internal and External Activity for the Social Care Facility or a social care facility branch through the available channel
