Through this service, you can request an extension of the initial approval for licensing social care facility to complete all licensing requirements
- Service terms and conditions: Applicant shall have initial approval from Department of Community Development.
- Required Document: Official letter from the applicant explaining the extension request as well as the reasons

- Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
- Receive DCD update to submit additional information or supported document if needed
- Receive final decision on request to extend social care facility initial approval through the available channel
