Pillar 1: Inclusive Services
- The applicant organization must be based in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- The organization must have been established for at least two years in Abu Dhabi.
- A valid commercial license in Abu Dhabi is required for private sector organizations.
- The service must be provided within Abu Dhabi.
- If the service is health-related, should not be the specialized rehabilitation services for people of determination.
- If the service is educational, the educational institution (school, nursery, etc.) must have obtained a minimum rating of "Good" in the following standards outlined in the School Inspection Framework (4.2, 5.2)
Pillar 2: Inclusive Employment
- The applicant organization must be based in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- The organization must have been established for at least two years in Abu Dhabi.
- A valid commercial license in Abu Dhabi is required for private sector organizations.
- The government organization must have employed at least 2% of People of Determination from the total number of employees.
Pillar 3: Accessibility (Physical & Digital)
- The applicant organization must be based in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- The entity must have been established for at least two years in Abu Dhabi.
- A valid commercial license in Abu Dhabi is required for private sector organizations.
- A valid Renewed Building Occupancy Certificate issued by the Department of Municipalities and Transport is required, with a validity period of no more than five years.
