- Are there requirements related to the size or type of Organization?
No, all organizations that meet the eligibility criteria can apply with no restriction on the size or the type of the organization.
- Can an organization submit more than one initiative?
The organization is permitted to submit a maximum of two applications across two different pillars in one award cycle.
- If the service is not in delivery phase, can we plan an inclusive service award?
No, The Organization can only apply if the service is in delivery phase.
- Are supporting documents required for the award submission?
Yes. Applicants are required to provide supporting documentation such as implementation reports, performance evaluations, and others.
- How are the applications evaluated?
The assessment process consists of two stages:
- Initial assessment (online): the assessors will perform a detailed online desktop review of all eligible submissions. Based on the results and scores from this assessment, a shortlist will be created. These shortlisted submissions will move on to the next stage of the assessment process.
- Site Visit assessment: The assessors will conduct a thorough site visit assessment for the shortlisted applications at their premises. Based on the findings from the site visit assessment, the assessors will assign detailed scores and prepare feedback reports.
- Will there be interviews or site visits?
Yes, during the second evaluation phase (site visit assessment), however, only the short-listed applicants will proceed to this phase.
- Are there Monetary incentives for the winning organizations?
Yes, winners from the Third Sector only will receive monetary incentives.
- Can applicants reapply in future cycles?
Yes, Applicants can re-submit their applications in future cycles, however, the conditions for reapplying will be announced later.
- Will non-winning applicants receive feedback?
The shortlisted applicants from phase 2 assessment will receive detailed feedback report showing their strengths and areas for improvements.

Yes, applicants can always seek support via email address assigned by the award team
