Request Approval to Convert In-Kind Donations into Cash

Through this services you can request approval to converting-kind donation into cash in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi  

• Service terms and conditions: Applicant must be permitted / licensed entities for fundraising.

• Required Documents:

1. Copy of the Applicant’s Publicity, Licensing, or Article of Association/ Article or Memorandum of Association 
2. Applicant Signature Authorization Letter
3. Three Offers from Entities that Can Convert the Required Donations, Indicating the Convert Costs
4. Written consent from the third party in charge of the transfer process clarifying the costs involved in the transfer procedures
5. Detailed Statement of the In-Kind Donations to Be Transferred, Their Source and Purpose Supported by Photographs and Documents
6. Official Letter from the Bank Indicating the Bank Account in Which the Amounts Resulting from the Conversion of In-Kind Donations into Cash Will Be Deposited
7. Valid Copy of Passport and Emirates ID of the Applicant Representatives

• Service Steps:

1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
2. Receive DCD update to submit additional document if needed
3. Receive of the final decision on request approval to convert in-kind donations into cash by e-mail
