Through this service, you can request to renew the charitable or humanitarian "Classification/ Accreditation" of the entity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

  • Service terms and conditions: Applicant must have charitable or humanitarian classification from the Department of Community Development.
  • Required Documents:
  1. Copy of the Applicant’s Publicity, Licensing, or Article of Association/ Article or Memorandum of Association  
  2. Applicant Signature Authorization Letter  
  3. Valid Copy of Passport and Emirates ID of the Applicant Representatives
  4. Report on the Entity's Expenditures on Charitable and Developmental Projects and Initiatives and the Beneficiary Cases Supported by the Entity's Financial Statement.
  5. Report on the Mechanism for Researching and Studying Requests for Beneficiary Cases at the Entity Beside Number of its Employees Who are Working on Fundraising Activities 

 

  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels 
  2. Receive DCD update to submit additional document if needed
  3. Receive of the final decision on request to renew a "classification / accreditation" certificate for a charitable or humanitarian entity  by e-mail
