- Applicant Signature Authorization Letter
- Valid Copy of Passport Copy and Emirates ID for The Authorized Signatories
- Valid Copy of The Emirates ID of the Applicant and Entity Fundraising Representatives
- Valid Copy of Passport for Entity Representative
