Through this service, you can request to issue a no-objection certificate to receive donations from abroad within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

  • Service terms and conditions: Applicant must be from licensed entities for fundraising/charities.
  • Required Documents:
  1. Approval Letter from the Fundraising Entity "if the Applicant is Permitted Entity"
  2. Applicant Official Bank Letter Details
  3. Donor Official Bank Letter Details
  4. Copy of the Applicant’s Publicity, Licensing, or Article of Association/ Article or Memorandum of Association
  5. Applicant Signature Authorization Letter
  6. Valid Copy of Passport and Emirates ID of the Applicant Representatives
  7. Valid Copy of Donor's Passport "If the Donor is a Natural Person"
  8. Copy of the Donor’s Publicity, Licensing, or Article of Association/ Article or Memorandum of Association "If the Donor is Legal Person"
  9. Valid Copy of Passport of the Donor Representative

 

  • Service Steps:
  1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels 
  2. Receive DCD update to submit additional document if needed
  3. Receive of the final decision on request to issue a no-objection certificate to receive abroad donations by e-mail
