Request to Issue No Objection Certificate for Fundraising for Licensed Entity Outside Abu Dhabi

Through this service, you can request the issuance of a No Objection Certificate for fundraising in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to entities licensed  outside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

• Service terms and conditions: Applicant must be from the licensed entities outside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

• Required Documents:

1. Copy of the Applicant’s Publicity, Licensing, or Article of Association/ Article or Memorandum of Association  
2. Applicant Signature Authorization Letter  
3. Valid Copy of Passport and Emirates ID of the Applicant Representatives 
4. Advertisement Summary “ If Marketing Campaign Exist”
5. Document Proving the Status of the Applicant as a Licensed Entity Outside the Abu Dhabi. 

• Service Steps:

1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
2. Receive DCD update to submit additional document if needed
3. Receive of the final decision on request ti Issue a  no- objection Certificate from placing fundraising boxes by e-mail
