Request to Cancel a Social Care Professional Licence

Through this service, you can request to cancel a license to practice the social care profession in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi

• Service terms and conditions: The social care professional must be licensed by DCD

• Required Documents:

1. Provide any supporting document to the request of cancel social care professional license (e.g: Resignation Letter)

• Service Steps:

1. Submit the application along with the required documents through the available channels
2. Receive conditional approval on the request, in addition to a notification of the possibility of receiving update from DCD to submit additional document if needed
3. In the event of completing all the required procedures of reviewing the request internally by DCD, the social care professional license will be officially cancelled & a notification of completing the request will be received automatically through the available channels
