Through this service, place of worship for non-Muslims can request the renewal of a license for a place of worship or a branch within 60 days from the expiry date of the license
- Service terms and conditions: To submit license renewal request within 60 days post of license expiry date.
- Required Documents:
- Copies of passport of the board of resolution for religious leader, and manager
- Copy of Emirates ID of the board of trustees for religious leader
- Copy of CV of the board of trustees for religious leader
- Copy of the financial plan for the next 2 years, including the allocated budget
- Copy of financial audit report for the past 2 years
- Copy of the Places of Worship constitution
- Copy of board resolution showing the resolution to renew the license
- Certificate of confirmation from Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority
- Certificate of confirmation from the Monitoring and Control
- Tenancy contract or completion certificate (existing building), notarized by the Department of Municipalities and Transport
- Service Steps:
- Receive a notification of license expiry date
- Apply for the service through DCD electronic system after Licensing expiry date
- Obtain renewed license
