Request Approval for Place of Worship Representative

Through this service, it is possible to apply for approval to nominate a representative of the Place of Worship

• Service terms and conditions: Representative must be nominated by the place of worship.

• Required Documents:

1. Copy of passport of the representative for place of worship
2. Copy of Emirates ID of the representative for place of worship
3. Board of trustees minutes of meeting form confirming and approving the nomination of the new representative

• Service Steps:

1. Submit a request for approval through the available channels
2. Submit the application along with the required documents
3. Receive Notification of request approval
