Through this service, you can request to issue Approval to Make a Change in the Social Care Facility or a social care facility branch Building in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
- Service terms and conditions: Any social care facility or branch licensed in Abu Dhabi can apply for this service.
- Required Documents:
First Stage:
- Copy of the building inspection request
- Copy of the land map of the institution’s location
- Copy of the building plan showing the dimensions and sizes of rooms, halls, corridors, and sanitary facilities
- Copy of the title deed in case the building is owned by the license applicant or a copy of the lease contract
Second Stage:
- Certificate of fulfilment of the conditions and requirements of the Department of Municipalities and Transport
- Certificate of fulfilment of civil defense conditions and requirements
- Conformity certificate from the Monitoring and Control Centre
- Service Steps:
- Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels
- Receive DCD update to submit additional information or supported document if needed
- Receive final decision on request to issue Approval to Make a Change in the Social Care Facility or a social care facility branch Building through the available channel
- Beneficiaries: UAE Nationals and Non-Government Entities

- Service Fees for Ministry of Community Development: AED 1,000 to change activity location
